Summary

Dan Aldridge is a Sr. Manager in Investor Relations.  He joined The Home Depot in August of 2007 as a Manager in their Assurance & Advisory Management Program. Dan is responsible for managing The Home Depot’s relationships with institutional investors as well as the financial analysts that follow the company.  This includes developing messaging around company strategy and long term financial targets. He also has responsibility for the company’s annual report, annual shareholder meeting, as well as the quarterly earnings process.

 Prior to joining The Home Depot, Dan worked for The United Parcel Service (UPS) in a variety of financial functions, including financial reporting, regulatory compliance and internal audit, where he helped lead the implementation of their Sarbanes Oxley compliance program and the integration of several South American acquisitions.

 Dan is currently a board member of NIRI and a former board member of The National Society of Hispanic MBA’s and is involved with the USO, Habitat for humanity and the United Way.

 Dan is a licensed Certified Public Account (CPA) and Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting and a Masters in Accountancy from The University of Georgia.

Donna F. Anderson is Vice President and Global Corporate Governance Analyst for T. Rowe Price. In her current role, Ms. Anderson leads the policy-formation process for proxy voting, chairs the firm’s Proxy Committee and leads the firm’s engagement efforts with portfolio companies. She is also a member of the firm’s Valuation Committee and the Women’s Roundtable Advisory Council.

ill is a managing director in the M&A Group. He leads the firm’s anti-activism and defense business and advises companies worldwide in connection with mergers and acquisitions, special committee situations, corporate governance issues, cross-border transactions and responding to hostile activity and shareholder activism. Bill serves as a senior MD champion for the Investment Banking Division for the Disability Interest Forum. He joined Goldman Sachs in 2000 and was named managing director in 2004 and partner in 2010.

Prior to joining the firm, Bill was a mergers and acquisitions attorney for Simpson Thacher & Bartlett. He clerked on the United States Court of Appeals, Second Circuit, was a certified public accountant for Coopers & Lybrand and served as a Captain in the US Army Reserves.

Bill is on the Board of Directors of Habitat for Humanity Westchester, the Board of Advisors of the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University, the Board of Trustees of Student Sponsor Partners, the Board of Trustees of Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of New York, and the Board of Advisors of the Institute for Law and Economics at the University of Pennsylvania.

Bill has served on the Special Committee on Mergers, Acquisitions and Corporate Control Contests, the Professional Disciplinary Committee and the Professional Responsibility Committee of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York. He has published articles and speaks frequently on activism, mergers and acquisitions, hostile activity, and board and shareholder interaction.

Bill earned a BSBA in Accounting and History in 1988, magna cum laude, and a JD in 1994, magna cum laude, from Georgetown University.

F. Michael (Mike) Ball, CEO, brings more than 25 years of healthcare experience to Hospira, the world’s leading provider of injectable drugs and infusion technologies. Ball was appointed CEO and director in March 2011.

Ball joined Hospira following a distinguished 16-year career with Allergan, Inc., a multi-specialty healthcare company, where he had served as its president since 2006 and previously held a number of leadership roles including executive vice president and president, Pharmaceuticals; president, North America Region, and president, Global Eyecare. During his tenure at Allergan, Ball was responsible for accelerating growth in international markets and leading the strategy and execution of global commercial activities for a diverse slate of businesses, including specialty pharmaceuticals, over-the-counter products and surgical devices.

Before Allergan, Ball served as senior vice president for Syntex Laboratories USA and president, Syntex Canada, where his responsibilities spanned marketing, sales, regulatory and clinical functions, as well as the creation of an authorized generics business. He started his healthcare career at Eli Lilly and Company.

Born in Canada, Ball earned both his bachelor's degree in life sciences and his master of business administration degree in marketing at Queen's University, Ontario, Canada. He completed an executive management program at Stanford University and serves on the board of KYTHERA Biopharmaceuticals, Inc.

Richard Barry is Vice President of the NYSE MAC Desk and a Floor Governor on the NYSE trading floor. The MAC Desk provides individual stock trading insight and analysis to NYSE-listed companies as well as a consolidated view of stock trading.

Prior to joining the NYSE in 2008, Rich was a Senior Managing Director and Floor Trading/Risk Manager for the specialist firm of LaBranche and Co. While at LaBranche, Rich served as the Specialist in such stocks as: Exxon Mobil, MasterCard, Medtronic, Zimmer Holdings and Dolby Labs – among others. He has served in various functions on the NYSE trading floor from 1996 through 2008 as a Floor Official, Floor Governor and Director of the NYSE Floor. Dominic Barton is the Global Managing Director of McKinsey & Company. In his 29 years with the firm, Dominic has advised clients in a range of industries including banking, consumer goods, high tech and industrial. 

Prior to his current role, Dominic was based in Shanghai as McKinsey’s Asia Chairman from 2004 to 2009 and led the Korea office from 2000 to 2004. Dominic is an active participant in international fora including Davos, the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, Les Rencontres Économiques d’Aix-en-Provence, the Asia Business Council and the China Development Forum. He has authored more than 80 articles on the role of business in society, leadership, financial services, Asia, history and the issues and opportunities facing markets worldwide. Dominic is a co-author, with Roberto Newell and Greg Wilson, of Dangerous Markets: Managing in Financial Crises (Wiley & Sons, 2002) and China Vignettes: An Inside Look at China (Talisman, 2007). Dominic Barton is the Co-Chair of the ‘Focusing Capital on the Long Term’ initiative along with Mark Wiseman (CPPIB) and Larry Fink (BlackRock). The initiative seeks to develop practical structures, metrics and approaches for longer-term behaviours in the investment and business worlds. He is a member of the Canadian Prime Minister’s Advisory Committee on the Public Service, is on the Board of Memorial Sloan Kettering, is Chair of the Seoul International Business Advisory Council, a Trustee of the Brookings Institution, a member of the Singapore Economic Development Board’s International Advisory Council, an advisor to the Asia Development Bank, a Board Member of the Asia Pacific Foundation of Canada, a member of the Canadian Minister of International Trade’s Global Markets Action Plan Advisory Council and Chairman of the US President’s Advisory Council on Doing Business in Africa. Dominic has received multiple awards for his business leadership and contributions to the communities in which he has lived and worked – for example, in February 2013 Dominic received the Order of Civil Merit (Peony Medal) from former President Lee of South Korea and in August 2014 he was awarded the Singaporean Public Service Star (Distinguished Friends of Singapore). He is a Rhodes Trustee and an Honorary Fellow at Brasenose College, Oxford. Dominic is also an Adjunct Professor at Tsinghua University, Beijing.

Elizabeth Blankespoor joined the Stanford Graduate School of Business as an Assistant Professor of Accounting in July 2012. Her research broadly focuses on financial reporting and corporate disclosure. Within this area, her recent work examines the determinants of corporate disclosure and the role of information processing costs, the impact of changes in information technology and social media on the flow of financial information, and the implications of CEO presence for interactions with media and investors.

 

Blankespoor’s research has been published in top peer reviewed journals such as The Accounting Review and the Review of Accounting Studies, and she has presented at more than 20 academic institutions and conferences. Her work has been covered in several major media outlets, including The Wall Street Journal MarketWatch, Financial Times, and Bloomberg TV. Blankespoor received her PhD in Accounting from the University of Michigan. She also attended the University of Utah (MAcc) and Dordt College (B.A. in Accounting and Information Systems). Before joining the Stanford GSB, she was a Senior Auditor with Ernst and Young in Salt Lake City, Utah.

She has been involved in the Philadelphia community as both an active volunteer and board member of various professional and non-profit organizations, including the Free Library of Philadelphia, the Philadelphia American Marketing Association, the Philadelphia Art Alliance, White-Williams Scholars, and the Junior League of Philadelphia. She is a member of W.O.M.E.N. in America, a nation-wide organization aimed toward helping professional women advance their careers through mentorship and leadership training. She resides in Philadelphia with her husband.

As US IRO of Deutsche Post DHL Group, Sarah is responsible for the North American investors in DP DHL, a German-listed, Eurostoxx 50 company and global leader in the logistics industry. Sarah is a senior member of the award winning DP DHL IR team, which is currently ranked #1 by IR Magazine for European Industrials and #8 overall in Europe. She was recently ranked Best IR for a European Company in the US market by IR Magazine.

 

After nearly 20 years on the international sell side in positions as Head of Sales, research sales and corporate access management, Sarah transitioned to IR in 2010. With her profound understanding of investor needs, investor relations best practice and cross-cultural communications, she brings a unique perspective to the joint "internal and external" communication role that is investor relations. Among other team responsibilities, she leads DP DHL's global targeting efforts and her innovations have led to consistent improvement in meeting acceptance rates as well as investor perception.

 

Sarah holds a BA in Philosophy and Economics from Columbia University and is quadralingual.

Mr. Breheny is a corporate partner in Skadden Arps' Washington, DC office. In this capacity, he represents clients in matters related to mergers and acquisitions, securities regulation, corporate finance and corporate governance.

Prior to joining Skadden in 2010, Mr. Breheny held a number of leadership positions in the Division of Corporation Finance at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. He began as chief of the SEC’s Office of Mergers and Acquisitions in July 2003, and in November 2007 he became deputy director, Legal and Regulatory Policy. In his position as chief of the Office of Mergers and Acquisitions, Mr. Breheny oversaw the legal and technical aspects of the administration of the Securities Act of 1933 as it related to tender offers and mergers; the proxy, beneficial ownership reporting, tender offer and going-private provisions of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934; and the rules, regulations, forms and procedures promulgated to implement these statutory provisions. As deputy director, he was a member of the senior staff of the Commission with responsibility for the Division’s legal and regulatory policy support offices (Chief Counsel, Chief Accountant, Mergers and Acquisitions, International Corporate Finance, Rulemaking, Small Business Policy and Enforcement Liaison).

Mr. Breheny earned his juris doctorate degree, with honors, from St. John's University School of Law.  He also earned a bachelor of science degree in accounting from the Peter J. Tobin School of Business at St. John's University.  Before joining the SEC, Mr. Breheny worked at another international law firm in its New York and London offices. He began his career as a certified public accountant with KPMG LLP.

Mr. Breheny has lectured extensively on topics such as mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and the federal proxy rules and shareholder voting.  He is currently an adjunct securities law faculty member at Howard University School of Law.

(Bob) Brunn is Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Investor Relations for Ryder System, Inc., a FORTUNE 500® transportation and supply chain management solutions company.  In this position, Mr. Brunn is responsible for developing Ryder’s strategic agenda as it relates to all business segments, product lines, functional areas, and geographies, and is the primary channel of communication with the equity analyst community.

            Most recently, Mr. Brunn was Vice President of Investor Relations and Public Affairs for Ryder, managing Ryder’s relationships with the investment analyst community as well as leading the Company’s community and public affairs efforts, including the Ryder Charitable Foundation.  During this time, Mr. Brunn was instrumental in establishing Ryder’s comprehensive, multi-year national disaster relief partnership with the American Red Cross to support disaster preparedness and response efforts, making Ryder a member of the American Red Cross Annual Disaster Giving Program.

Institutional Investor magazine named Mr. Brunn among the Best Investor Relations Officers for the Airfreight & Surface Transportation Sector for seven consecutive years (2009 through 2015).  Investor Relations Magazine named him as the Best Investor Relations Professional for mid-cap companies in 2015, a nomination he also received in 2006, 2009, 2010 and 2012, while Ryder was named as having the Best Overall Investor Relations program for mid-cap companies in 2015, with additional nominations for four consecutive years (2012-2015) within its industry sector. 

            Mr. Brunn joined Ryder in 1988 as Staff Analyst of Acquisitions of Ryder Public Transportation Services.  In 1990, he was promoted to Manager of Financial Planning of Ryder Transportation Services and later, from 1994 to 1996, he served as Senior Manager of Product Pricing.  From 1997 to 1999, Mr. Brunn was Finance Director of Ryder Transportation Services for the Gulf Coast area including Florida, Mississippi and Louisiana as well as Puerto Rico.  He later served as Assistant Treasurer responsible for Ryder’s revolving credit facilities, asset-backed securitization financings, benefit plan investments and lease financing, as well as European, Canadian and Asian financing.  Prior to joining Ryder, Mr. Brunn spent four years with Continental Illinois National Bank. 

            Mr. Brunn holds a Master of Business Administration degree in finance/international business from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.  He is the immediate past Chairman and a member of the Conference Board’s Investor Relations Council, and a member of the National Investor Relations Institute.  Mr. Brunn serves on the Boards of the Humane Society of Greater Miami and the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts.  He has also served on the Corporate Advisory Council of the American Red Cross and the Board of Goodwill Industries of South Florida.

Previously, Kathy held various roles at FMRCo, including that of portfolio manager of Fidelity Small Cap Value Fund from 2004 to 2006, equity research analyst from 1999 to 2004, and equity research associate from 1996 to 1999. She has been in the investments industry since joining Fidelity in 1996.

In addition, Ciota has received local and national recognition for the production of annual reports at both SunCoke and McDonald’s Corporation.

Summary

Sally is responsible for overseeing Cardinal Health’s global investor relations (IR) efforts.  She is a member of the company’s Global Leadership Team, Finance Executive Team, Disclosure Committee, Women’s Initiative Network steering committee and Political Action Committee Board. 

 

With 29 years of business experience, Sally joined Cardinal Health from Genzyme Corporation where for nine years she led global IR and advised its Board’s Nominating and Governance Committee on corporate governance issues.  Although she has worked for and represented companies in the high tech, software and retail industries, the vast majority of her corporate and consulting experience has been in healthcare.  She served on the National Investor Relations Institute’s (NIRI’s) Board of Directors and has presented to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission Corporate Finance Division on shareholder transparency and proxy access reforms.  In June 2013, Sally was inducted into NIRI’s inaugural Class of Fellows, “recognized leaders who represent the ideals of the investor relations profession.”  Sally is a member of the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium Board of Directors, the largest zoo in the United States.

 

Sally received her bachelor's degree from Colby College in Waterville, ME and her master's degree in business administration from Northeastern University in Boston, MA.  For several years, Sally created and co-led a Public Company Earnings Reporting Class at The Ohio State University (OSU), as well as co-led the implementation of OSU’s Healthcare Cluster series. She has guest lectured at academic institutions on disclosure, IR, crisis communications, corporate governance and ESG (environmental, social and governance) initiatives.

Previously, Curran was division vice president of Investor Relations for Nalco Company, which merged with Ecolab in 2011. While at Nalco, Curran also developed the organizational structure and scope for the company’s Innovation Office.

Prior to Nalco, Curran held several leadership positions at DuPont, including director of Ag Biotechnology Business Operations, Investor Relations lead for the company’s Ag and Nutrition Businesses, and manager of Global Marketing Strategy for Pioneer Hi-Bred International, a DuPont business.

Earlier in her career, Curran served as manager of Grain Quality Programs and manager of Quality Improvement at General Mills, and executive vice president of Rocky Mountain Milling in Platteville, Colo. 

Curran is a member of the board of the Twin Cities Chapter of the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI). In 2002, she was appointed by Secretary of Agriculture Ann M. Veneman to serve on the Grain Inspection, Packers and Stockyards Administration’s Grain Inspection Advisory Committee. Curran also served as chair of the Wheat Quality Council’s Hard Winter Wheat Technical Board.    

Curran holds a bachelor’s degree in Grain Science, with emphasis in Engineering, from Kansas State University and completed the Program for Leadership at Harvard Business School.

Ms. Diamantopoulos currently serves as Counsel to the Regional Director of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s Chicago Regional Office.  She has held this position since September 2010.  Prior to this appointment, she served as the Senior Special Counsel of Examinations for six years and was responsible for advising the broker-dealer examination program, representing the Commission in dealings with the securities industry, state and federal officials and the public, and handling enforcement referrals.  Prior to that appointment in October 2004, she served for over ten years in the Commission’s Division of Enforcement.  For five of those years, Ms. Diamantopoulos served as a Branch Chief, supervising a group of attorneys. 

 

During her tenure in the Enforcement Division, Ms. Diamantopoulos investigated, litigated and supervised several distinguished cases involving violations of the federal securities laws, such as financial, internet and offering fraud, sales practice abuses, failure to supervise, insider trading, market manipulation, disclosure issues and pay-to-play.  Ms. Diamantopoulos has also worked with several US Attorney’s Offices across the country and was deputized as a Special Assistant United States Attorney in the District of Minnesota and was co-counsel in a multi-million dollar criminal jury trial involving securities, mail and wire fraud, and money laundering.

 

Ms. Diamantopoulos is a member of the Trial Bar for the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.  She graduated from Northwestern University School of Law in 1994.  Prior to law school, Ms. Diamantopoulos attended and graduated, cum laude, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and a Spanish minor, from Marquette University in 1991.

As CEO, Adam is responsible for directing the over-all vision of Oxford, including business development, strategy and client relationship management.


Over the years Adam has consulted with IRO’s, CFO’s, and CEO’s of Fortune 500 companies on a wide-range of capital markets topics, including:  Investor Activism, Liquidity Analysis, Share Buyback Impact, Dividend Studies, Institutional Targeting, High Frequency Trading and Equity Options Analysis.

Prior to co-founding Oxford in 2014, Adam spent 5 years as the Managing Director of NASDAQ’s Corporate Solutions Group, and before that was a Partner at Bloom Partners – a boutique Chicago-based firm providing intensive stock surveillance, and other investor relations-related consulting services, to publicly traded companies. Adam began his career in IR services at Thomson Financial in 1999. He has also obtained the Series 7, 52 and 63 licenses.

 

Adam graduated with a BS in Finance from Miami University, Oxford, OH. He is married with 3 beautiful girls and enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, volunteering in various non-profit organizations, and is an avid golfer. He and his wife are both heavily involved in promoting awareness of, and funding research for a cure for, Fragile X Syndrome.

Prior to Ford Motor Company, Ms. Gasper held executive investor relations positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting Group, Lucent Technologies and Raytheon.  She also spent over 20 years at Lukens Inc. where she worked in both engineering and corporate finance roles, including the Assistant Treasurer and Treasurer. 

Ms. Gasper is a member of the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI), formerly served on their National Board of Directors, and was named a NIRI Fellow in 2014.  She received IR Magazine’s 2014 Lifetime Achievement Award.  Before joining MasterCard, she served on a number of community boards, including the Detroit Symphony Orchestra and Philadelphia’s Freedom Valley Girl Scout Council.

Ms. Gasper holds a BS in Mathematics from Bucknell University and an MBA from Widener University.

Mr. Hairston is actively involved in the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI) and the Society of Corporate Secretaries and Governance Professionals (Society).  She was appointed to NIRI’s first subject matter expert committee, which was formed to identify and define required IR skills and training as a precursor to professional certification by the organization.  In addition, she is a member of the 2015 Annual Conference Committee, NIRI’s Senior Roundtable (SRT), past SRT Steering Committee appointee and past President and Treasurer of the Houston chapter.  For the Society, she served as a board member of the Houston chapter and the sponsorship chair for several regional conferences.  She is also a member of the Texas Business Network, the Women’s Energy Network and the Women of Wine Charities, which was founded in 2007 to host events benefiting the Houston Area Women's Center.

 

Ms. Hairston received undergraduate degrees from the University of Texas at Austin and the American University of Paris, France and holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Ellis College.

Hans received first place recognition by Institutional Investor magazine in 2013 as the Retailing/Food & Drug Chains sector's Best Investor Relations Professional-Nominated by the Buy Side, and in 2012 the magazine recognized him as the sector's Best Investor Relations Professional-Nominated by the Sell Side.

He has had considerable experience working on initial public offerings, domestic and cross-border M&A transactions and contested proxy campaigns. Prior to founding Clermont Partners, Mr. Kettmann was a Managing Director at FTI Consulting, a global, strategic communications firm. Before FTI, Mr. Kettmann was a Senior Vice President with financial communications firm Ashton Partners, until its acquisition in October 2007.

Ms. Kivett joined Assurant in September 1993. She held multiple positions within the marketing and communications department before being named vice president, corporate marketing and communications in 2003. In May 2004, Ms. Kivett was named vice president of investor relations, developing the investor relations function at the Company, while simultaneously leading communications efforts for Assurant’s initial public offering that year. In 2006, she was promoted to the senior vice president and investor relations officer at Assurant. She was appointed to her current position in 2012. In addition, Ms. Kivett previously served as a coach for the Assurant’s leadership development program, and chaired the Company’s growth council, which provided seed money to fund new innovations within the organization.

Connie L. Lindsey is Executive Vice President and Head of Corporate Social Responsibility and Global Diversity & Inclusion at Northern Trust, Chicago.  She is responsible for the design and implementation of the global Corporate Social Responsibility and Global Diversity and Inclusion strategy for Northern Trust and the development of goals, policies, and programs appropriate to the brand and business unit strategies.  In addition, Ms. Lindsey provides oversight and leadership to the firm’s response to environmental matters as well as social issues, within the marketplace, workplace, and the community.  

Prior to becoming the Head of CSR, Ms. Lindsey led the client servicing teams in the Public Entities and Institutions segment in the Corporate & Institutional Services business, serving public fund and not-for-profit clients.  Over the course of her Northern Trust career, she has held a number of leadership roles, including Deputy Business Head in Operations and Technology, Group Head in Northern Trust’s Wealth Management business, Director of Enterprise Relationship Management, and Manager in Treasury Management Consulting and Product Management and holds the Certified Treasury Professional designation.

Ms. Lindsey is the immediate Past National Board President of Girl Scouts of the USA.  She joined the Girl Scouts board in 2005 and was elected National Board President, the highest-ranking volunteer of this 2.8 million-member organization, in 2008 for a three-year term.  She was re-elected to the role of National Board President at the 2011 convention for another three-year term.  In this role she provided guidance in three vital areas—policy, fund-raising, and leadership.  She was an integral part of the Girl Scout transformation, committed to building and sustaining membership growth and ensuring girls receive a premier leadership development experience.  

Ms. Lindsey is a member of the Economic Club of Chicago, Executive Leadership Council, and Vision 2020’s Leadership Circle. Ms. Lindsey has been profiled on national television on PBS’ 30GoodMinutes and ABC’s Heart and Soul.  She has been recognized for her leadership professionally and in the community by the Chicago United’s Business Leaders of Color Award, YWCA Outstanding Leader Award in Community Leadership, National Diversity Council’s Most Powerful and Influential Women Award, Women’s Bar Association of Illinois-Advocacy Award, Ebony Magazine’s 2009 Power 150, Alpha Kappa Alpha Women Changing the World Award, Life Directions-Guiding Light Award, and the Chicago Defender Women of Excellence Award.  In 2011 Ms. Lindsey was honored with the Spirit of Achievement award by Loretto Hospital Foundation.  She was the first woman to receive the award in its eight year history.  The recognition established the Connie L. Lindsey, Cancer Resource Center at Loretto Hospital in Chicago.  She is an Inroads, Inc. Alumna and has been inducted into the Inroads Alumni Hall of Fame.

Trading of equities included working with Instinet, one of the first electronic trading networks. Instinet was acquired by Nasdaq in 2005. He also directed trading operations at TerraNova Trading LLC and consulted in the development of Archipelago. TerraNova Trading LLC built Archipelago, one of the first ECNs. Michael has over 15-years of experience in investor relations consulting which includes working at Grabill-Bloom, Thomson Reuters, and currently Nasdaq. She is responsible for day-to-day communications with the investment community and financial media, corporate public relations and employee communications, and the activities of the TDS and U.S. Cellular boards of directors. McCahon joined TDS in 2009 as vice president of corporate relations, and became corporate secretary in 2013.

 

Before joining TDS, McCahon was a principal with Massachusetts-based Conway Communications, which developed investor relations programs for a diverse range of companies. Prior to that, she was vice president of corporate relations for Eastern Enterprises in Weston, MA, and served as manager of investor relations for Waban, Inc. (now BJ's Wholesale Club).

 

McCahon is a member of the Society of Corporate Secretaries & Governance Professionals, and a member and former chair of the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI). She is a co-founder and former chair of the NIRI Ethics Council, and has also served on the NIRI Senior Roundtable Steering Committee.

McCahon holds a BA in economics and finance from Bentley College, and a JD from Suffolk University Law School.

He serves on the board of the Northern California Chapter of the NACD. Bob serves on the advisory boards of the University of Delaware’s Weinberg Center on Corporate Governance and Enlight Research. Bob authored an article entitled “Good Governance and Shareholder Expectations-an Investor’s Perspective” published by the London Stock Exchange in its 2012 book Corporate Governance for Main Market and AIM Companies. Bob frequently speaks at industry conferences and has appeared on NPR, CNBC, Fox Business News, Business News Network, BBC, Board Member's This Week in the Boardroom, Swiss TV and Bloomberg television. Charles joined Meetyl in March 2015 having spent almost 30 years on the sell side with the majority of his career at Macquarie Group in London (1990 -2013). Initially Charles specialized in resources equity sales at Smith New Court (now BofA in the UK) before moving onto Australian Equities at Macquarie in the early 90's. He ran the Australian sales desk from 2001-2005, which was number 1 rated by both the Greenwich and McLagan surveys in Europe.

 

Charles then moved into Asian sales and was co-head of the Pan Asian sales desks (including South Africa) from 2005 to 2009, with the Asia ex sales desk consistently rated in the top 3. From 2009 he ran European Equities sales with responsibility for global sales, corporate access and, in addition, from 2012 the equities syndication desk.

 

Charles left Macquarie in 2013 and joined Bell Potter Securities, the leading independent Australian equities broker, where he ran the London team selling research and raising equity for growth companies to institutional investors.
